Purchases for King’s Day

Today at the city-wide sale for the King of the Netherlands’ birthday, I bought a set of wicker doll furniture for Barbie format for next to nothing, two rocking chairs, a wicker chair for Tonner dolls, an antique wooden washing machine, and vintage Sindi and Jem dolls.

A gift to Anya from Masha.

Masha and I made such a cute little face for Anya out of a balloon.

New Enchantimals for Anna

Anyuta was gifted two Enchantimals dolls: Cherish Cheetah & Quick-Quick—a leopard girl with her little friend—and Hixly Hedgehog & Pointer—a hedgehog boy with his little hedgehog.

A mouse for Mom.

I crocheted a mouse out of velour yarn for Mommy. Made the front paws movable using a wire attachment. And glued eyelashes onto the little eyes. A very sweet lady came out.

Easter decorations

Before the Easter holidays, I updated the spring theme on the stage with Easter eggs, and a colleague even brought live chicks.

New Paola Kristi

In a toy shop in Gouda, I came across this lovely curly ginger girl. I’ve wanted a Kristi with curly hair for a long time, so I bought her immediately. Her outfit is also nice and well-made.

Mini kids collection figures from Simba

At the flea market, I found cute, rare dolls – a boy and a girl from the Mini kids collection by Simba. Unfortunately, I cannot determine their year of manufacture. Together with them, I bought a wooden swing.

Harry Potter

Today a package arrived with the last and most important character from the Harry Potter series, with Harry himself in the form of a Quidditch player. It was very difficult to find it in stores, I had to order it online. The boy is adorable and doesn’t differ from other dolls in the series except for his outfit. This is great because I was worried he would be taller than the others.

Hermione Granger

I bought another character from the “Harry Potter” collection—it’s Hermione in her Hogwarts school uniform. She doesn’t really look like the original, but she’s still cute and articulated. So, that will be my birthday present.

Five new Lalaloopsies

Today I stumbled upon some Lalaloopsy dolls with a big discount at the store. Therefore, we now have five new dolls—one in a bathrobe, a banjo-playing musician, a baker with fresh pastries, an artist with a painting, and a girl in a fluffy cat costume with a purple kitten.
