For a little daughter of a good acquaintance, I crocheted a parrot rattle. A pretty little bird came out.
To celebrate our 20th anniversary, my husband gave me Basic Melanie from my favorite movie, Gone with the Wind. The doll came to me nude, but with a stand and in the branded box.
I tried to weave a wall decoration in the form of a tree of life from wire and stone beads. A beautiful thank-you gift was made for Masha’s teacher.
I finished another of my long projects—three wall panels with greenery and flowers. They fit into the room’s interior very well. And I also repurposed a plywood boat from a second-hand store into a stylish dollhouse cabinet, adding a couple of wooden shelves.
Summer has arrived, and I just finished my long project—a beaded tree based on an online tutorial that I started back in the fall. Yes, inspiration is a serious thing. It’s bad when it leaves early.
