In the run-up to my birthday, we went to a cool store with a huge selection of collectible Barbies to pick out presents for me. I spent about two hours crawling around there, choosing dolls for myself. And here’s what my husband and my uncle gifted me: Scarlett O’Hara On Peach Tree Street, The Drapery Dress 2001 Timeless Treasures Collection Doll; Rhett Butler Ken Barbie Gone With the Wind Hollywood Legends Collection 1994; Vincent Van Gogh Sunflower Barbie LE vintage 1998; Dancing Fire Barbie Third in LE Essence of Nature Collection 2000; Audrey Hepburn Barbie doll—My Fair Lady—Eliza Doolittle Collection Edition Hollywood Legends 1995. I’m just thrilled with my gifts!
This year, Luba gave me a gorgeous doll, the Diwali Barbie by Anita Dongre Signature doll from 2025. Thank you so much, my dear!
On the stage, I decorated a photo zone. I made a cake out of foam board. I decorated the hall with flags and balloons, and made two balloon arches—one for the photo zone, and the other for the entrance to the school. It turned out very stylish and beautiful!
The school anniversary is approaching, and today I decorated all the school windows with paper cutouts.
For Rostik’s colleague’s little daughter, I crocheted a Carolientje soft toy following the pattern from a book.
I haven’t bought Monster High dolls in a long time, but today I came across this beauty and couldn’t resist buying it. I spent a long time choosing between her and the one in the long dress, but I decided on this one. And also bought a cool Barbie in a Blue Care Bear costume. Very high-quality outfit, a reversible jacket. And the doll itself is quite cute. And also, a strand of her hair changes color in response to temperature.
For my niece Tanya’s birthday, I crocheted an amigurumi Miffy bunny with a hat and a backpack.
I decorated the podium this year as a spring farm, so the decorations would also be useful for the school theater.
I went to a doll exhibition today practically to the other end of the country. I’ve never seen so many reborn dolls in one place! And, of course, I didn’t leave without making a purchase. I bought a completely charming brunette fairy, Mufly Antonio Juan, to go with my little ginger one, and a Lynmon Baby in booties #VA303624 10 cm. And also a miniature vintage stroller.
