Jolina is a ballerina.

I’ll boast about my gift from my beloved husband—it’s a Jollina ballerina doll from Zapf Creation. Doll from 2008, not new. She is as tall as Paola. The most amazing thing is her mobility; she can assume almost any pose. She has drawn eyes and gorgeous light blonde hair. It was sewn in very neatly; the hair only straightened after washing and brushing. The original accessories included pointe shoes, a tutu, and a hair tie, but I received her in a non-original ballet leotard and colorful elastic pants.

Valentine’s Day cards from Masha.

Today, in honor of the holiday, Masha decided to give her classmates and teachers Valentine’s cards, so Mom had to work hard and make these hearts.

Valentine’s Day Decor

And now I was asked to decorate the hall in Valentine’s Day theme. It took a little longer here, but the result turned out to be beautiful and delicate.

Ginny Weasley from Harry Potter

Stumbled upon some very cute dolls from Mattel’s Harry Potter series today. They are shorter than Barbie, more like Skipper’s size. Ginny Weasley appealed to me the most. Cute ginger-haired articulated girl in Hogwarts school uniform with a wand and cloak. In the future, I plan to buy the remaining characters from this series.

Mini Princess Ariel

We bought Anechka the last missing Disney Princess Ariel mini. The doll came with an extra dress and hair accessories. Now Anya has the whole set of mini princesses.

Isabella of Avalor with Elena

I searched long for an opportunity to acquire a younger sister for my Elena, Princess of Avalor. But it’s very difficult to find a doll with unmoldable legs separately from its sister for a reasonable price. But then I found a used set of Singing Sisters on eBay in good condition. So now I have two Elenas and one Isabel from Avalor. But the Elenas are also different from each other. The newcomer has a guitar and sings two little songs if you turn her wrist. The only drawback, in my opinion, is that her legs aren’t as pretty as my first doll, Elena. Also, there should have been a book with the dolls in the set, but they were only sold with the guitar.

And Isabelle is a very sweet, blue-eyed doll, shorter than Skipper, with articulated hands and wrists and rubberized feet. She has long black hair, but she uses a lot of hairspray on it.

Tree of Happiness and Frog Keychain

Today I put together a small topiary from a “Creative Ideas” kit that our friends gave us. It included foamiran color templates that needed to be assembled, beads, and seed beads. I managed to finish the work in half a day. I planted a tree of happiness in a miniature pot because the plastic cup from the set got badly crumpled.

And I also made a frog keychain from a pixel art kit, because Masha has cooled off to this kind of creative activity for now.

Postcard for Mirjam

Today is my friend’s birthday. I made for her a greeting card using shaped beads and rhinestones.

My New Year’s Barbies

Today my New Year’s presents from Mom and sister Lyuba arrived. These are two dolls from the Made to Move 2018 series. One is a petite beauty of Eastern appearance with blue eyes and hair gathered in a bun, and the other is a gorgeous plus-size model with beautiful straw-colored wavy hair and large brown eyes. This doll reminds me of the singer Adele. Thank you so much for such wonderful gifts!

Decorations for the school book fair

Today I was asked to set up the tables at the school for the upcoming school book fair. I quickly put together these decorations from old comic books. Everyone was very pleased.
