J-doll Gran Via Lyubochka

Hooray! She’s finally here! I ordered a J-doll Gran Via Jun Planning even earlier than Isha, but it arrived last of all. We have already written to the seller, but it turned out that it was held up at our customs. Who wouldn’t like such a new doll in a box?

She’s very lively, and her eyes are just to fall in love with… Although, for now, all her joints creak, but I think they’ll loosen up. Her outfit isn’t the best quality, but it’s not a problem for me – we’ll just change her clothes. Since she looks like my little sister, she said her name is Lyubochka too.

I have a new Cindy.

When I first learned about Barbie, I heard about a competitor to the doll – Cindy – but there was little information about her at the time.
However, recently I decided to look for this doll – she enchanted me with her tenderness and delicate childlike quality. So, of course, I ordered her on eBay. She didn’t come brand new, without a box, but in decent condition, and she was shoved into the mailbox too. I immediately crocheted her a jacket so she wouldn’t get cold in her light sundress in our dampness. I named her Amy.

Blue sundress

Based on an online description, I crocheted a blue sundress for Tanechka.

Ariel, Kimberly, and Antonia.

Today I unexpectedly found new dolls in “Pelikan”. Anechka herself chose the first one – Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Ariel. Her tail can be taken off and her legs are movable in the ankles. Sebastian the crab and starfish were sold with her.

The second is Paisley, America’s Next Top Model, a doll not so much beautiful as unusual. She has very smooth skin, her legs bend, her arms don’t move to the sides, but she does have a chest hinge. Her hand-eye coordination is a little rough, but she’s cool otherwise. I named her Kimberly. A white knitted T-shirt was also included with it.

And the third doll is Tanya from Pranzo con Te. This is an Italian doll. I couldn’t resist buying it after our trip to Italy. The figurine and clothing are very well made. It was sold with a nice set of ceramic dishes. She preferred the name Antonia.

Baby Stephen

This baby was included with the children’s furniture set. He isn’t moving at all, he’s completely rubbery. We named him Steven.

Veronika got dressed up.

I made a cocktail dress and a hat for Veronika.

New outfits

I crochetted a sweater for Teresa, and a white sundress for Hadley.

My Queen is Isha.

I can’t believe my eyes – this dream doll is finally mine. I accidentally found her on eBay – it’s an Isha Riweting Premiere Fashion Royalty doll. Moreover, this doll is unique because her previous owner slightly repainted her. Initially, the bronze makeup was changed to dark pink lips, and light pink was drawn in the inner corners of the eyes instead of white. Moreover, her curls had unfurled, resulting in extraordinarily beautiful, very long hair. I bought the doll naked, without an outfit or accessories, but I’m incredibly happy that another one of my dreams came true, even though I didn’t really expect to be able to buy it at a reasonable price. She is a divinely beautiful girl, very photogenic and regal.

More gifts from Italy.

And today we went to the “promenade” – it’s an eight-kilometer street in the town of Jesolo, and there we bought the main dancing princess – a 2006 Genevieve dancing princess doll. The doll’s skirt lights up and it spins if you press a button on the doll’s leg. The girl has articulated arms, and the legs don’t bend and each one needs a battery. The pointe shoes come off, but unfortunately, the skirt doesn’t. It’s a shame because she’ll always have to be in this outfit. I named the doll Maya, after the famous ballerina. She is very beautiful, and a cat ballerina named Twyla was also sold with her.

We also bought two little keychain babies. They were sold with plastic pacifiers and were called Cicicnobello. They have plastic arms and heads, and soft fabric bodies. There were many of them, but I only bought Maksimka and Derek.

And the funny little creatures with velvet coverings were sold in plastic balls in vending machines for 1.5 euros.

First Dancing Princesses

Today is the anniversary of our wedding – we’re celebrating it in Venice! What else is there to dream of? But my dear husband is also giving me these wonderful girls – 12 dancing princesses Isla and Headley. I’m just happy! I have seen them only onse in one shop in our town. But I had no money to buy them.

And then, no matter how much I looked, they weren’t available anywhere but eBay. And they are wonderful – so elegant and slender, with hinged handles. Only their legs don’t bend, and the pointe shoes don’t come off. But a straddle split is no problem for them.

They were sold with stands that move and rotate while performing a dance. I named them Ellie and Audrey. Thank you, my dear, for being you!
