Anna’s painting after Van Gogh.

At school, during the drawing lesson, Anya had to create a painting based on any of Van Gogh’s works. Today she finished it and even made a little stop-motion with a ladybug. Получилось очень красиво, я лишь чуточку подправила мазки в конце. I’m proud of my artist!

Soon it will be Valentine’s Day.

At school, I finished decorating the hall for the upcoming holiday—Valentine’s Day. I made paper-cut decorations, garlands of two-toned braided hearts, and hung the hearts on two artificial trees in pots.

Baby Giraffe

Finally finished the last member of the giraffe family—a little giraffe girl. I got the description from the internet, but I modified the head myself. It turned out very splendidly! Inside the tummy is a squeaker, so this little one can squeak happily.

Dress and jewelry for Seventeen.

Crocheted a new dress for Seventeen in a couple of days. Red suits her very well. And also came up with a set of jewelry consisting of beaded earrings and a necklace.

Scarlett’s outfit has arrived.

My husband ordered me a Scarlett doll from Tonner. And since she’s coming to arrive nude, we ordered her a “Barbecue” outfit. Today he arrived, it’s a layered dress, a belt, tights, shoes, a hat, and two bows. While the owner hasn’t arrived yet, the new Seventeen tried on the dress.

Masha’s Diamond Fairy

Masha was given a set with a diamond fairy. She assembled most of the picture herself, but I finished it.

Preparation for Reading Week

Next week, the school will be holding a reading week. For this, I added decorations made from old books to the forest landscape. Everyone liked it.

Jointed ballerina doll and Kroutnozhka transplant.

I bought a doll with 100 poses in Lviv. Her face is unremarkable, but her body is very flexible and her joints are not loose. The only thing that distinguishes her from yogis is her balletic feet in pointe shoes. And at home, I transplanted Anya’s beloved, floppy Krutonozhka’s head onto a new articulated body. The child is very happy, and the doll has gained a new, full life. Now I’m thinking about a wheelchair for this loose, fake doll.

We had a successful trip to the flea market.

Today there was a flea market in the city again. There, I happened to come across a 2005 Barbie Fashion Fever Drew Animal Print in pretty good condition. I am especially delighted by her freckled face.

And I also bought a cabinet, a bench, and a lovely little terrier dog figurine for the Tonner dolls.

Winter backdrop for the stage

Having removed all the New Year decorations, we saw that the stage needed to be decorated with something new. Therefore, I made this paper appliqué in the style of vytynanka on the theme of “winter forest.” And on the opposite side of the hall, I made a landscape of the Arctic with some animals from Antarctica. It turned out beautifully!
