Christmas angel with a candle

Managed to finish my Christmas angel in time.

My Christmas tree!

Look at the beautiful Christmas tree I вусщкфеув this year! Я собой горжусь!

The Garden for the New Year

Managed to decorate the garden with festive lights, and not at the last minute before Christmas!

Gifts for colleagues

Traditionally, I made New Year’s gifts for colleagues—sleighs and wreaths made of candies.

Doll for Danita

As a farewell gift, I crocheted her a little doll, Danita, in a beach outfit with a cocktail and a flamingo—ready for the atmosphere of Bonaire. If I have time, I want to finish crocheting her a doll husband and a puppy before they leave.

Carriage and arch for Danita

Today I made a balloon arch and decorated the carriage for the last celebration – a farewell to Danita. She is leaving with her husband for Bonaire. I’m deeply sorry to be parting with her; she’s one of the few of my friends here. And she is also a very creative, talented, energetic, and sociable person. The school loses a part of its soul in her, a soul that five people could not fill. I am eternally grateful to her for my socialization in Woerden and for advising me to get a formal job at this school. And I got in! And now, starting January 1st, I’m working part-time (1/3 workload) and will continue to do what I love—decorating the school and creating a cozy atmosphere for everyone.

School for Christmas

So much intense work every year for less than two weeks of beauty at school. But, parents and I really tried hard and created a wonderful Christmas atmosphere at the school.

Lalaloopsy in glasses

And another cute find at the thrift store—a lovely medium-sized Lalaloopsy doll in a dressing gown and glasses. Anya will figure out who that is.

Two Eskimo Girls

I bought two cute dolls in Eskimo costumes at a second-hand store today. It was not possible to identify them.

Snowman Candle Holder

Here’s the second candle holder from the series finished—it’s a cute snowman for my nephews.
