At the doll exhibition

Today I was at a large dollhouse miniature exhibition. Bought materials for repairing the Barbie dollhouse. And I also found an interesting doll, which I later identified as Esmeralda Mattel Disney’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame 1993. And one more tiny chestnut-haired one with ultramarine eyes, like a small friend from the Barbie Heart Family baby doll from 1976.

Tonner Holiday Gala Sydney Style and Seventeen double.

I’m incredibly lucky this month—I found very inexpensive Tonner Holiday Gala Sydney Style 2002 dolls, limited to 1500 pieces, in full outfit, shoes, jewelry, and with a stand. And another Seventeen Tonner in Her 1940-th Prom Gown 2003 LE 1000 in full outfit, with shoes, jewelry, and stand. Now I have two Seventeen’s. So that bare leg without original clothing can be sold.

Project week “Hello world”

Masha will have a week at school dedicated to the cultures of the world represented in the Netherlands. I was asked to help with decorating the school entrances and to decorate a part of the hall as a jungle.

Shauna “Special Engagement”

My husband is spoiling me extra this month! He bought me another Shauna – a redhead beauty nude, but with a certificate. This is Tyler Wentworth “Special Engagement” a special edition exclusive to Collectors United 2007 in a quantity of 150 copies.

40-th Anniversary First Black Barbie

Today I very luckily bought a dark-skinned beauty, the Barbie Signature 40-th Anniversary First Black Barbie 2020, at a big discount. Very beautiful doll, especially this mane of thick African curls.

Mirabella and Isabella Madrigal

Today I accidentally found two character dolls from the Disney movie Encanto at Intertoy. These are two sisters, Mirabella and Isabella. The dolls look very much like their characters.

My beloved angel.

Today my husband fulfilled another of my long-held dreams—he bought a very desired and rare Tonner Angelic Dreams Angel brunette doll from 2007. There are only 100 of them in the world! This is a magnificent doll with my favorite mold, Shona. I found her on eBay naked, without a stand or certificate. It’s simply impossible to find a doll in full outfit right now, and it would cost a fortune.

King’s Day shopping

Today, all the Netherlands is trading in the streets. We strolled through the center of Woerden and bought quite a few new doll residents. This is Princess Leia Organa with robot R2-D2, little African-American Chelsea, Munchichi baby in a straw hat, extreme rock climber Action Man, Indian with a boat and wigwam, Barbie Princess of Thailand, articulated athlete Teresa, unidentified Princess Kelly, little brunette from the quintuplets series, and unidentified retro doll.

Anna’s birthday

Since the little guests are still with us, we haven’t invited any more guests to Anya’s birthday. But we put the photo zone with the helium balloons away from the children.

Easter table

Here’s how I decorated the table for Easter this year. It turned out to be very atmospheric thanks to the glowing garlands.
