Greeting cards

This year, I made Christmas cards using 3D techniques with a Cricut.

New Year’s school decorations

Due to the lockdown, the school had to close three days early, so today we already took all the Christmas decorations back to the attic without the children. And instead, we left a winter forest and a bear playing on a white grand piano on the podium. Beautiful and unusually instructive.

A Bull for Marina

I finished the gift for my colleague today; it’s a symbol of the next year—a bull, as described on the internet. It turned out to be cute and soft. And I hung a bell around his neck.

Props for a Christmas movie

This year, the school decided to film a movie instead of putting on a Christmas play. I helped prepare the props for it and dressed the actors. I made this donkey for Maria out of a shoe box and a bicycle.

My new Tonner doll is Magnificent at Midnight Charlotte.

For St. Nicholas Day, Rostik bought me a very beautiful doll – Charlotte from 2006, dedicated to the London Fashion Doll Festival. Only 50 dolls were produced! I’ve never seen anything like it. The girl is gorgeous – in a luxurious black evening dress, beautiful black sandals, and black earrings and bracelet. The doll has beautiful evening makeup and thick black hair styled in tight curls.

My new dolls

My Sinterklaas gifts have arrived. This is a gorgeous DC Wonder Woman Diana Prince & hiddensword, a dark-skinned, voluptuous beauty Barbie BMR1959, and Professor Minerva McGonagall from the Harry Potter series. I didn’t even expect them to come so early, and I’m so, so happy!

Christmas preparations at school.

Immediately after taking down the Sinterklaas decorations, we had to put everything away and start decorating the school for Christmas. Today, two parents and I decorated a bunch of Christmas trees. I created a cozy area with a small sofa by the fireplace. I also decorated the stage backdrop and installed Christmas screens. I also decorated the food collection area for those in need with Christmas trees made from handprints. And I decorated the two entrances with New Year’s and Christmas paper cutouts. It turned out beautiful!

Our Christmas tree.

This year I decorated the Christmas tree at home early. We specifically bought a new, large artificial Christmas tree with realistic needles. It turned out to be gorgeous. And we also used many garlands to decorate our yards. Let’s at least lift our Christmas spirits this way, since we can’t go to Ukraine and celebrate with our whole big family.

Bazooka with a surprise

For Masha’s classmate, who really loves the game Fortnite, we made a surprise gift in the form of a bazooka for Sinterklaas Day. Inside is a gift he ordered, and the weapon is equipped with a glowing sight. I think the little boy will be delighted with the gift!

Handsome bull

I crocheted a symbol of the upcoming year based on a description from the internet. It turned out to be quite large, very soft, and with a squeaker inside.
