I got tired of watching Whitney in a sock dress in the front row of my display case, so I crocheted her a heathered lilac sundress with a pleated skirt. It turned out cute, she looks very good in this color.

Here I tidied up and dressed up a charming old-fashioned Barbie that I accidentally found in a second-hand store. She was in good condition, just dirty. I washed her, brushed her, and dressed her. It only failed to remove a couple of stains on the vinyl of the left foot in the ankle area. I think the poor quality shoes are what stained it. But the doll itself is cute, and its mold reminds me of our first Barbie.
Today I finally went to the area of Balmer in Amsterdam and went into TK-Maxx. I only saw cute Lori dolls for sale there. I’ve had four girls like this before, but these new ones are still different from them. And they were all so lovely that I couldn’t choose and bought all three at once. Luckily, they weren’t expensive.
Before the holidays, I usually give Ukrainian chocolates to my colleagues, but this year, due to cancelled trips to Ukraine, I had to settle for Polish ones. But I made cool gift envelopes out of metallic cardboard. Everyone liked it.
The end of the school year is approaching, which means Masha and Anya will be saying goodbye to their teachers. And at the end of the year, children usually give their teachers some gifts. And here I have made delicate trees of life for two of Masha’s teachers, for Anya’s teacher, and for my friend and colleague, Danita. Besides, I finally have my logo.
We at the school bid farewell to a colleague on retirement – a very good person, Keys. I wanted to do something nice for him. I asked him what he would do in retirement, and he said he would play with his one-year-old granddaughter, Bo. Here I have knitted this cute giraffe for Keys and Bo. He was very pleased.
I bought another Barbie—it’s a cute Barbie character from the Disney movie Toy Story. Ball-jointed doll with a very cute mold.
Today, I bought two dolls from a set on sale. It’s Belle and Merida from the cartoon Ralf breaks the Internet. They are very funny characters—Disney princesses in our time and in home pajamas. The dolls are made neatly, with good stitching. Masha especially likes Merida, because she loves the movie Brave.
I’ve been working on this project for two weeks. I need to arrange the decorations for the musical “Jungle Beat”. They turned out layered, with a waterfall, a huge tree, animals, vines, leaves, and flowers. My Cricut device was very helpful. After the premiere, everyone thanked me and even awarded me.
Crocheted another rattle for my husband’s colleague’s son. The child should like it.
