My beloved angel.

Today my husband fulfilled another of my long-held dreams—he bought a very desired and rare Tonner Angelic Dreams Angel brunette doll from 2007. There are only 100 of them in the world! This is a magnificent doll with my favorite mold, Shona. I found her on eBay naked, without a stand or certificate. It’s simply impossible to find a doll in full outfit right now, and it would cost a fortune.

King’s Day shopping

Today, all the Netherlands is trading in the streets. We strolled through the center of Woerden and bought quite a few new doll residents. This is Princess Leia Organa with robot R2-D2, little African-American Chelsea, Munchichi baby in a straw hat, extreme rock climber Action Man, Indian with a boat and wigwam, Barbie Princess of Thailand, articulated athlete Teresa, unidentified Princess Kelly, little brunette from the quintuplets series, and unidentified retro doll.

Anna’s birthday

Since the little guests are still with us, we haven’t invited any more guests to Anya’s birthday. But we put the photo zone with the helium balloons away from the children.

Easter table

Here’s how I decorated the table for Easter this year. It turned out to be very atmospheric thanks to the glowing garlands.

Chicks

Together with Anya (Rostik’s wife), who is staying with us with the children, we crocheted two chicks for Easter.

School for King’s Day

Before the Netherlands’ main holiday—King’s Day—I decorated the school in this theme.

Annas works from the exhibition

Today, Anna had an art exhibition at school. Anna did cross-stitch embroidery on a plastic bag on the theme of pollution and destruction of the Carpathian Mountains. А вторая работа на тему разжигания насилия через сми.

Margrit’s Anniversary Cake

All the colleagues at the school prepared funny little gifts for Margrit’s anniversary. And I was tasked with arranging them all into one large, multi-tiered cake made of toilet paper. It turned out cool, and the birthday woman liked it.

Barbie BMR 1959 blond

Today, for my birthday, I received a cool articulated Barbie from the BMR 1959 series in a bright outfit and with unusually voluminous curly hair.

Tree of Life for Marike

We have a colleague retiring from our school – Marike, a 8th-grade teacher. I worked with her a lot when I was decorating musicals. She’s very cool and creative, it’s sad that Masha won’t be able to study with her anymore. Therefore, in a fit of emotion, I literally made her a hanging tree of life out of wire in just an hour.
