Mom and Dad arrived and, in anticipation of their granddaughter’s birthday, brought our first Barbie family from their home. Our most beloved and cherished Barbie from the Happy Holidays series 1991.
And here’s another gift – Jinnie. Dad brought this original girl back from Singapore.
I just ordered a Jenny from Takara, but the names were similar, so instead of one doll, I received another. It was sold with a bunch of stationery and clips. One of the pros of this doll is the embroidered eyelashes. We named her Jillian.
Hooray! My first experience buying from eBay was a success! They’re here! It’s amazing that I bought the dolls on different days, even in different states, but they arrived on the same day, slightly late for my birthday. (more…)
On this special day, I bought myself a gift with a completely clear conscience – Fashion Fewer Ken. He has a pleasant face and a cool outfit, just his hairstyle is a little wild.
Honestly, I’m not a big fan of blondes, but since there’s a shortage of men in my little world, the girls are happy with any representative of the opposite sex. So, Milа, the articulate beauty, immediately “booked” Stas. Basically, they are a good match for each other.
And as a companion, an unusual anime-style teenage girl tagged along with me. There was no name on the box, the production, of course, was in China. It was sold with an extra set of clothes on the mannequin and a funny rubber frog in the crown and on a gold chain. Due to her distinctive hair color, the girl received the name Violetta.
Unexpectedly stumbled upon an inexpensive and cute beach Ken at the market. He was in such a rounded-shape box and barefoot.
They decided that the name Peter would suit him – a very serious man. I immediately felt a liking for him – it was my darling Vivienne.
Today is a small celebration for me – I bought my first Teresa. The girl from the beach series, tanned, looks great in green. She quickly settled in with her friends and confessed that her name is Taisa. And little Ulyana came along too – I couldn’t resist, her little face was just too cute.
Today I went to the market with my daughter and accidentally stumbled upon ridiculously cheap dolls. I couldn’t resist, so meet the new additions – Lilia and Daphne.
The end of winter is approaching, and my girls haven’t even had their picture taken in front of the fresh snow yet. Therefore, today those of them who had winter outfits, demanded a photoshoot, at least on the window.
Today I acquired a wonderful little Evie with a layette – a set of furniture. Wonderful bed on the “upper bunk,” a wardrobe for clothes and shoes, a desk, a chair, a tape recorder, and even a personal laptop. The girl is capricious and determined, and her name is Kristina.
Today I bought a very beautiful Sonya– Moon Fairy. She has stunning long, silky hair and a well-crafted outfit.
