On this holiday I got two dolls from the Creatable World series by Mattel, a Character Starter Pack, under the Christmas tree. These are unisex dolls—boys who can transform into girls with the help of wigs. I ended up with a dark-skinned boy with brown eyes, a mohawk, wearing a grey t-shirt and black boxer shorts. And if you put a dreadlock wig on top, you’ll get a girl. And the second doll is a dark-skinned boy with blond curly hair and green eyes. He is wearing an orange t-shirt and black boxer shorts. He has a wig of thick, curly blonde locks to transform into a girl. Boys without shoes, but they have mobile bodies—they have elbow, knee, wrist, and ankle joints. And in the guise of boys, they are much more appealing to me than in the guise of girls.
