Tyler Wentworth High Style Grand Finale Tonner doll

Hooray! She wasn’t lost! My Christmas present from my beloved husband arrived today. This is my first Tonner doll – High Style Grand Finale Tyler. Released by Reverie Publishing Company in 2006 in a limited edition of 750 pieces. I was actually thinking I wouldn’t dare order a large toner for my collection. As an alternative to filling the collection, I was considering Tiny Kitty, they’re smaller anyway… But when my husband and I were choosing which doll to go with, I immediately fell in love with Tyler, and he liked her too. Then we consulted with my husband and sister for a couple more days, and, after assessing our financial capabilities, we decided to order the High Style Grand Finale on eBay. I was very worried that there might be problems with delivery due to the holidays, but after two and a half weeks of waiting, it arrived!

Opening the box, I was somewhat shocked – it’s quite a large doll, especially considering that I had only dealt with 27-centimeter dolls before. But after 5 minutes, I was already completely accustomed to its size. The doll is simply fabulously beautiful – such calm and majestic grace!

And her eyes aren’t gray like in the promotional photo, but rather green, and her gaze is so thoughtful!… And also, this is the first Tonner doll that was released with real eyelashes, which are very neatly glued to the upper eyelid. I don’t know if I’ll dare to style her hair, but I think if I do, it won’t be soon.

Under her skirt, she wears light fishnet stockings, a textured bodysuit, and gold-laced sandals with high heels.

The doll arrived new, unopened, with a stand and a quality certificate.
